Overview
ELITE Agents is a protocol-powered AI agent platform tokenizing Model Contribution Points (MCP) to incentivize data sharing and improve agent performance.
As the in-house marketing lead ahead of ELITE’s token launch, I built and executed full-funnel campaigns to educate users, grow the community, and define the brand’s presence in Web3 and AI. I wrote long-form explainers, crafted visuals, built lifecycle email flows, and led social campaigns that grew our following to 21.2K on X—with an 11.6% engagement rate.

I worked as ELITE’s one-woman marketing team, partnering directly with the founders, engineers, and designers to craft a consistent brand voice, drive awareness, and prepare for TGE.

Solution
With no product to show and a protocol still being defined, I led with narrative. I developed an education-first marketing strategy to make the abstract feel tangible—building trust and excitement through storytelling, visuals, and community engagement.
From Twitter threads and tokenomics explainers to animated videos and lifecycle emails, I created content that made ELITE feel real before it was live—helping users understand the product, envision the value of MCP, and rally around the mission.
